Summary:
Primary health care primary and secondary care represent one of the most pressing problems in the healthcare system in view of the high workload and demand for professionals of this level. The normative documents, adopted over 30 years ago no longer meet the requirements of modern times. Not all Orders of rendering medical care to reflect the norms of time and norms of workload of specialists. In the article the analysis of existing regulations governing the work of a surgeon on the outpatient stage of medical care.
