The analysis of official statistics showed that over the past two years (2014-2015) has increased the shortage of medical personnel doctors-dermatologists performing medical assistance in outpatient conditions, resulting in the reduced supply of specialists and staffing staff units. There was an increase in the number of visits and percentage of part-time specialists. Noteworthy is the decline in clinic visits, medical organizations about the disease in the district (-8,97%). The results of the analysis indicate the necessity of making organizational decisions based on capabilities and territorial characteristics of the regions.
