Among infections, sexually transmitted diseases, for many years one of the most insidious infections are considered to be syphilis, especially true when the number of children and female population because untreated syphilis leads to undesirable outcomes be-remenisce, which exacerbates medical and social problem of society. Besides syphilis refers to systemic diseases flowing wave-like progressive course, whose diagnosis is possible with laboratory tests. In the Russian Federation and the Central Federal District (including in the city Moscow) for the period 2009-2015 is recorded gradual reduction in the incidence of infections, peredavaiof each other sexually, but the level remains high. The foregoing clearly illustrstronaut year-to-year growth rate, which has a unidirectional negativeing dynamics. The maximum incidence of syphilis in Moscow there was observed in 2009 (31,20/0000), and other STIs. It should be noted that the decline in the incidence of syphilis in the city Moscow 29.8% over the period, relative to the previous year has seen an increase of 31.13%, even though the whole country continued the downward trend. The incidence of syphilis in Moscow does not exceed its level for the district and the country as a whole. In the Central Federal district and Moscow, the growth rate of late-stage syphilis during the study period exceeded the national increase at 4.1 and 4.8 times, respectively. This is due, most likely, a more thorough clinical and laboratory examination and may be considered as a risk factor of infection in the population. In Moscow over the last five years of the analyzed period (2011 – 2015) is highest in the indicators of syphilis, in both the male and female population, there was observed in the age group from 30 to 39 years, and the same data for the Central district as a whole. In the Russian Federation, Central Federal district and Moscow detected the proportion of all forms of syphilis in the commercial healthcare organizations in 2015, compared with 2011 decreased. In the Central Federal district and Moscow by reducing the incidence higher than in the Russian Federation 9.3 and 10.3 times more (respectively).
