Summary:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the implementation of regional Programs of socio-economic stimulation of young specialists of rural health, aimed at eliminating the shortage of medical personnel in rural and remote areas. Сarried out estimation of the dynamics of the inflow of young specialists depending on the types of socio-economic stimulation, the features of the territorial distribution and the structure of medical specialties. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey young specialists rural health care, the factors influencing the choice of work in rural areas and determining the migratory behavior of young specialists were systematized. Recommen-dations for solving housing problems for young doctors in rural areas presented.
