The epidemiological situation on the incidence of sexually transmitted infections in the Russian Federation over recent years has become more prosperous. However, there is a growth in the share of hidden and unspecified late forms of syphilis, which lead to the defeat of the nervous system. For the timely detection of cases of sexually transmitted infections among sexual contacts and conduct a full preventive measures to be taken in a single algorithm of actions of experts to non-profit and healthcare organizations. However, for the adoption of any organizational solutions to integrate work of specialists required regulatory documents, approved by the regional Executive authorities with the active participation of senior specialists.
