Carrying out regular periodic medical examinations of a certain contingent of employees (drivers, machinists) is the direct duty of the employer. For violation of standards of effective labor protection, that is, for violation of the procedure for conducting medical examinations, the employer expects administrative and even criminal liability. In the present article the main problems of remote medical examinations organization are considered. The authors of the article draw attention to the fact that the process of organization of medical examinations by remote monitoring using telecommunication technologies is not regulated by law. Current issues that may be faced by stakeholders in the implementation of these technologies are raised. All the current legislative acts and orders regulating the conduct of medical examinations in organizations, as well as responsibility for violations in case of their incorrect organization are listed in detail
