Starting in 2013, when the Russian government adopted the strategy for healthcare development up to 2020, which clearly sets out the objectives for the Oncology service which will improve the situation for you early-the phenomenon of malignant tumors, to change the proportion of contingents of accumulation in the direction of early-stage cancer and also increase 5-year survival rate in the case of diagnosis of malignant tumors [1]. Regular analysis of state statistics data allows decision makers and the chief specialist service to effectively use budget funds for the development of cancer services and support programs aimed at improving statistics. The article analyzes statistical data on morbidity and the state of cancer care for malignant diseases in the Voronezh region, in comparison with the Central Federal district and Russia for the period 2006-2016. The analysis of data of the state medical statistics in the form № 7 is presented. The world standard of age distribution of the population is used for calculation of the standardized indicators of morbidity. Calculation of growth / decline indicators for the 10-year period was carried out with preliminary alignment of dynamic series. The structure of tumors and incidence by age and sex are calculated.
