Introduction. Currently, primary health care is one of the most popular types of medical care, due to its availability and capabilities. Indicators of security and staffing are important indicators of access to primary health care. Purpose: to determine the current state in the provision of regular posts of pediatricians of district and their staffing. Materials and methods. Forms of Federal statistical supervision No. 30 "Data on the medical organization" for 2007-2016 on the Russian Federation, Federal districts, 17 pilot subjects (n-200). Results and discussions. The analysis of the provision of regular posts of pediatricians of precinct for the provision of primary medical care in outpatient settings in the Russian Federation, the Federal districts in the dynamics for 2007-2016 (per 10 000 children) (figure 1,2) showed a decrease in the all-Russian data by 10,52% (from 11,19 0/000 in 2007 to 10,010/000 in 2016). In 2007, the maximum provision of regular posts of pediatricians among the precinct pilot areas was in Moscow (13,600/000), the minimum-in the Altai territory (1,510/000). By 2016 this figure in the Magadan region increased to a maximum level (15,190/000), the minimum value was noted in the Altai territory (1,170/000) among the pilot subjects. Conclusion. The analysis of provision of regular posts of pediatricians of district and their staffing in medical organizations showed that in the Russian Federation, Federal districts and in pilot subjects in dynamics for the ten - year period (2007-2016) the tendency to decrease in an indicator of security, coefficient of compatibility in the Russian Federation and Federal districts-to growth is noted.
