The issues of labor regulation in health care are currently regulated in a significant number of regulations. Most of the Orders, including regular standards of medical organizations, were approved in 70-80 years of the last century and in subsequent years were subjected to minor correction. In recent years, there is an active revision of the time standards of specialists providing medical care in outpatient settings, taking into account modern requirements. The purpose of the article: to establish the average cost of working time of a pediatrician district, providing primary health care to children in an outpatient setting to determine the labor costs when visiting one patient. Materials and methods. In 2013-2014, was held fotohronometra research workflow 38 pediatricians in the 17th precinct pilot areas, which included all of the Federal district. The study used the following statistical analyses: analytical, mathematical, fotohronometra measurements, cross-sectional observation. Results. The weighted average cost of working time of a pediatrician at a visit by one patient in a medical organization was 15.40±2.0 min., when visiting at home, the cost of time was twice as high (31.50±2.2 min.). The largest share of the working time of the pediatrician district doctor when visiting one patient on an outpatient basis falls on the main activity (58.25%). To work with medical documentation -34.22%, other activities took up to 7.53%. Summary. It was found that the weighted average cost of working time of a pediatrician at a visit by one patient was 15.40±2.0 min., when visiting at home -31.50±2.2 min.
