The article is devoted to assessing the quality of work of employees of Services for mental health children, taking into account the basic strategy for development of child psychiatry at the current stage – focus on the family of a child with a mental disorder. The purpose of the study is to create conditions for development of evaluation criteria. The objective of the study was to prepare changes to local and regulatory acts of federal, local and departmental levels. Materials and methods are as follow: 27 documents of State Budgetary Health Institution “Scientific and Practical Center for Mental Health of Children and Adolescents named after G.E. Sukhareva, Department of Healthcare of Moscow» and also 13 normative legal acts and other documents reflecting the influence of the external environment on activities of a medical organization. The system approach methodology for management was used. The results are described using the STRAP tool. A list of local acts and content of the required changes are presented, as well as proposals for draft amendments to federal and departmental regulatory acts taking into account family-oriented development strategies.
