Introduction. An important role in achieving the goals of the national project «Health care» belongs to the national medical research centers established on the basis of leading Federal state scientific organizations. The purpose of the study: the study parameters profile specialized medical care to justify the best managerial decisions in the sphere of cooperation of the national medical research centres regional medical organizations. Materials and methods: statistical materials of the Russian Ministry of health and fgbu tsniioiz, Ministry of health of Russia, forms of state statistical reporting (No. 14,30,47,57). To assess the obtained data, we used a simple (unweighted) arithmetic mean value, the value of the root mean square (standard) deviations from mean values, coefficient of variation. the study considered the General statistical population, including all subjects of the Russian Federation (85). Source of information: Research result. On average, in the Russian Federation, the provision of beds of neurosurgical profile in 2018 is 8.9±2.9 beds per 100 thousand population (in 2015 - 9.21 beds per 100 thousand population). The total number of full-time positions of neurosurgeons in 2018 is only 4787 units (in 2017 - 4722 units), of which 4318 units are employed (in 2017 - 4264 units). 2879 neurosurgeons of individuals work at the occupied rates (in 2017 – 2799). Staffing of neurosurgeons by individuals is on average 57.6 ±12.74 (in 2017 - 56.7±12.7%) in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The total number of cases of hospitalization in 2018 on the beds of neurosurgical profile amounted to 424.7 thousand cases (2.57±1.06 cases per 1000 population), which is 10.7 thousand more than in 2017. The average duration of treatment in 2018 was 9.9±2.3 days in adult beds and 7.2±2.1 days in children's beds. Hospital-wide mortality was 1.21±1.13%, which is 20% more than in 2017 (1.13±1.02%). In 2018, in comparison with 2017, the number of operations performed on the nervous system increased from 165.7 to 169.7 thousand, or 2.4%. Almost a third of all operations (30.4%) are performed on the spine using stabilizing techniques. The average value of postoperative mortality in operations on the nervous system in the subjects of the Russian Federation in 2018 was 5.96±3.48% (in 2017 – 6.03±6.0%). Summary. There is a need to develop documents regulating the organization of the vertical structure of single-profile, but multi-level medical organizations, coordination of their work.
