Summary:
Introduction. The purpose of the main business process of the pharmacy organization "Sale of medicines to the population" is to offer a pharmaceutical service that satisfies the consumer in price, service and quality. The consumer explicitly or implicitly sets requirements for the business process and, therefore, can influence even the fact of existence of the business process. Therefore, customer feedback is an integral part of building relationships with the consumer of pharmaceutical services. In the marketing system, product quality is perceived solely by the consumer and expresses his satisfaction with the product in our study of the drug. Objective: determination of the value of the medicinal product as sources of satisfaction of needs of the consumer. Materials and methods. To calculate the value of the drug, we developed a questionnaire "QSP" (quality, service, price) on the basis of the formula proposed by Philip Kotler. Results. Evaluation of the result of the business process of the pharmacy organization «Sales of medicines to the public». Conclusion. Developed by us, the questionnaire "QSP" is a tool by which the head of the pharmacy organization can study the preferences of the consumer as an entity receiving the result of the business process, monitor the state of the business process and influence its effectiveness. The methodology will allow to obtain a characteristic and, if necessary, improve customer service in the following areas: 1. Terms and conditions of sale. 2. The appearance of the headman. 3. Service technology. 4. Knowledge and observance by staff of ethical standards of service. 5. The level of professional training. 6. The value of the drug.
