Summary:
Introduction: Benign mammary dysplasia is a proliferative disease of the reproductive system. A leading role in the implementation of benign mammary dysplasia belongs to hyperestrogenism. Literature sources contain a description of a strong interrelation between benign mammary dysplasia and reproductive system pathology eventually leading to the development of malignant tumors (MT). Underlying diseases of the uterine cervix include cervical erosion and ectropion. Women with a history of these diseases are at high risk of malignant tumors of the cervix. Our academic interest was focused on assessing the rate of proliferative and underlying disease of female reproductive system transfer into malignant process by the example of the female population of the Udmurt Republic (UR). Materials and methods of study: We examined and conducted statistical processing of the full data of official reporting forms on the Udmurt Republic: Form No. 12 “Information on the Incidence Recorded among the Patient Population Residing in the Servicing Area”, Form No. 35 “Information on the Patient Population with Malignant Tumors (MT) Subject to Regular Medical Check-Up at Cancer Care Facility” for the period 2013–2017. The obtained findings were statistically processed. Purpose of study: To study the quantitative and qualitative relationship between the underlying diseases of the reproductive system diseases and the incidence of primary malignant tumors of the female reproductive system by the example of the female population of rural areas of the Udmurt Republic. Results and discussion: A significant reliable correlation between the primary incidence of benign mammary dysplasia among the female population and malignant neoplasms and tumors of the mammary glands, uterine body, ovaries, primary incidence of cervical erosion and ectropion and malignant cervical tumors has been revealed in some administrative-territorial districts of the Udmurt Republic. Conclusion: In rural districts of the Udmurt Republic a significant rate of malignization of pre-malignant condition is observed, constituting a carcinogenic risk for the female population. Arrangement of primary onco-hygienic activities is required
