Introduction. Diseases of the circulatory system have led to significant social and economic losses. The greatest negative contribution is made by coronary heart disease. Of great importance is the development of organizational technologies aimed at reducing mortality from coronary heart disease and acute myocardial infarction at the regional level/ Aim of the study: to analyze the results of the introduction of remote ECG research and telemedicine counseling in the Chelyabinsk region. Materials and methods. Mathematical-statistical and analytical methods were applied. The sources of information were the official data of the state statistics, the form of the Federal statistical observation №30, the reporting data of the Unified consultative and diagnostic center of diagnostics. Results. The introduction of the remote ECG-consulting system contributes to the solution of issues of ensuring the availability of timely qualified diagnostic assistance in the provision of medical care in urgent and emergency form anywhere in the region and the problem of shortage of medical personnel.
