Introduction. In the budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan (hereinafter - RB), one of the main areas of expenditure is the social sphere, since the socio-economic situation depends on demographic indicators and the state of health of the population. In 2020, the volume of expenditures on medicines for the population of the Republic of Belarus at the expense of the Federal and regional budgets will reach 2881.1 million rubles, which is 47.1% higher compared to 2019.the task of optimizing the expenditures of these budget funds on medicines in the state health system is Urgent. The purpose of the study is to analyze the procurement of medicines for the needs of a medical organization in the state health system under the contract system on the example of the state budget health institution of the Republic of Bashkortostan city clinical hospital No. 13 in Ufa. Materials and methods. To achieve this goal, we needed to perform the data array of state contracts clinical hospital No. 13, located in the registry on the official website UIS (unified information system on the Internet), to conduct a comparative analysis of procurement in 2014 and 2017, the study used statistical, graphical, comparative, logical-economic methods, analytical grouping of data. Data processing was performed using the Microsoft ®Excel program class. Results and discussion. The study found that in 2017 there was an increase in the cost of purchasing LP by 18.67% compared to 2014, taking into account the inflation index of 1.309. In physical terms, the increase was less significant and amounted to 9.76%. The efficiency of purchases, calculated by us as the difference between the NMCC and the winner's price, increased by 29.45% in 2017 in comparable prices and amounted to 9500014.87 rubles. the Maximum budget savings were obtained in 2017 Conclusion. Thus, the study of purchasing activities of KB 13 showed that when purchasing LP for the needs of KB 13, auctions in the form of open auctions in electronic form significantly prevailed: on average, their share was 97.83%. The efficiency of purchasing LP in the analyzed periods increased by 29.45%. At the same time, the maximum budget savings of 24.85% were obtained in 2017 when open auctions were held in electronic form in accordance with Federal law 44. The leading positions in terms of procurement volume were occupied by the medical devices included in the list of VED: on average, their share was 95.24%, due to the limited financial resources of the medical organization.
