Summary:
Medical and patronage service in our country is characterized by the fact that it is provided free of charge and all segments of the population are fully covered by modern medical and preventive care. The aim of the study is to analyze the quality of nursing care using the method of expert assessment of the quality of work of patronage nurses working in family clinics. Materials and research methods. The study was conducted in family clinics in Tashkent. The source of information for studying various aspects of the activities of family nurses was the primary accounting documents and data from a sociological survey of nurses. Results. The appropriate measures for the effective organization of medical and patronage service are defined. Each visiting nurse is required to provide health care to six families per day and one hundred and forty-four per month. Monthly patronage of lonely elderly, disabled, pregnant women, young mothers and children is carried out. A schedule has also been drawn up for the medical examination of young families, women of childbearing age, adolescents and other segments of the population. A system for monitoring the results of vaccination and re-vaccination has been formed. The order of rating assessment of efficiency of work of patronage nurses. Conclusions. The effectiveness of nursing nurses depends to a large extent on the rational organization of the workplace. The main reasons for the shortcomings are dissatisfaction with material and technical support, work overload, lack of financial incentives, and the level of their qualifications.
