Introduction. Actual indicators of the volume of emergency medical care are significantly lower than the standard values, which indicates that the availability of medical care is limited and requires informed management decisions. The main stage of the management process in health care is the analysis of statistical information, the key tool for obtaining which is the system of official statistical reporting. Aim of the study: analysis of results of activity and dynamics of development of emergency medical care in the Chelyabinsk region on the basis of Federal statistical observation forms. Materials and methods. Mathematical-statistical and analytical methods were used. The sources of information were Federal statistical observation forms № 62 and № 30, data from the Territorial program of state guarantees of free medical care for citizens in the Chelyabinsk region. Results and discussion. The analysis of form №62 revealed the presence of a deficit in the volume of medical care at the pre-hospital stage, as well as intra-regional features of the organization of NMP provision. The analysis of form №30 established the existence of various organizational approaches to the formation of offices (offices) of the NMP, and revealed the absence of a number of indicators that reflect the provision of NMP.
