Introduction. Strategic planning in health care includes the development and introduction of models for the quantification of diseases, which determine the activities of individual medical organizations, in particular dental polyclinics. Material and methods. Based on the materials of the personalized database of the territorial dental polyclinic № 4 "Luxdent" of Omsk for the period 2015-2017, 37.3 thousand adults "applications were analyzed in the sex and age aspect of the presence of dental pathology in patients, as well as their implementation of 201.9 thousand dental manipulations of general, therapeutic and surgical profile, combined in 13 main technologies. Relative importance factors (RVs) and integrated evaluation of indicators were calculated. Results. It has been established that the main flow of applications to the dental polyclinic determines the presence of tooth caries, periodontitis and pulpits, which account for 88.0% of the total volume of dental pathology. The sex and age characteristics of dental diseases have been revealed in patients with a prevalence of caries under 45 years of age (mainly women), and in older age groups periodontitis (men), gingivitis and periodontitis (both sexes). This is the basis for the calculation of dental diseases in the application of the population for dental care, which, along with the calculation of dental pathology in the implementation of dental technologies, makes it possible to establish the quantitative importance of dental diseases in the activity of the dental polyclinic. Information databases, analysis stages, integrated evaluation of indicators form a model for determining priorities of dental diseases in the provision of assistance to adults.
