Actuality. Cardiovascular diseases are still the leading cause of death in most countries. The development of cardiovascular diseases is associated with changes in many metabolites, the composition and amount of trace elements, but which of them predict ischemic events is not fully described in the literature. Cellular chronoblockers are substances that can prevent the processes of premature aging. In turn, the use of a cellular chronolocator containing L-arginine can be a means of preventing premature aging of the cardiac type. Purpose. To study the use of cellular chronoblockers in multi-modal programs for the prevention of premature aging of the cardiac type. Material and methods. We studied 186 middle-aged patients (55.2+1.2 years) as a control group, 144 older patients without premature aging (68.1+1.3 years), 152 older patients with premature aging (PS). Premature aging was determined by the Voitenko method. All patients had cardiovascular diseases (CVD) compensated. In the first part of the study, we evaluated the risks of adverse outcomes in patients with cardiac pathology. In blood serum, we determined asymmetric dimethylarginine and L-arginine using high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry using The mindray CL-1200i analyzer (China) with a set of reagents from Pishtaz Teb Diagnostics (Iran). Next, we developed a multi-modal program to prevent the development of premature aging of the cardiac type. The effectiveness was evaluated after 6 months. Results.
