Summary:
One of the determinants of the environment, which significantly affects the health and life expectancy of elderly and elderly people, prevents the risk of development of a number of age-associated diseases and conditions, as well as premature aging is a rational diet. To date, however, very little research has been done on the development and implementation of preventive multimodal programmes in geriatric practice, especially for nutritional support, namely the use of functional nutrition, for patients with signs of premature aging. The aim of the study is to develop a multimodal program to prevent premature aging with a focus on the gut-intuitive domain and to assess the effectiveness and long-term prospects of the proposed program. Materials and methods. The study included 240 patients (women with a hormonal background disorder in the form of pre- or menopause syndrome, aged 45-64 years). The patients were determined biological age (BV), its variants: "positive" and "negative" (the latter indicated signs of premature aging). The criteria for exclusion from the study were the "normal" version of BV, as well as the non-conformity of age characteristics - 45-64 years. All the patients examined were divided into two groups with randomization into subgroups: 120 women aged 45-54 (average age 49,22,2), of whom 60 with a "negative" version of BV and 60 with a "positive" version of BV; 120 women aged 55-64 (average age 57,42,4), of them 60 with a "negative" version of BV and 60 with a "positive" version of BV. All patients, taking into account the proposed variant of the multimodal program for the prevention of premature aging, were divided into three groups: group №1 (control). Recommendations in accordance with the specialized standards of treatment and prevention of nosologies. Group №2. In addition to the standard recommendations, the patients were engaged in aerobic physical activity in the form of a Scandinavian walk with the duration of the session for 60 minutes twice a week under the supervision of an instructor, the correction of the nutrite domain was not carried out. Group №3. In addition to the standard recommendations in accordance with the specialized standards of treatment and prevention of nosologies, patients engaged in aerobic exercise in the form of a Scandinavian walk with a duration of training for 60 minutes twice a week under the supervision of an instructor, and also received a correction of the nutrite domain in the form of a balanced diet, taking into account the basic provisions of the resiliens diet in combination with a biologically active supplement - the source of coenzyme 10 and sea scallop extract (Plasmalogen) seaside (Mizuhopecten yessoensis (Jay, 1856) (producer of B'S Corporation Co., Ltd., 4-1-28 Kudankita, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-0073, Japan). The drug was administered in accordance with the instructions: 1 capsule 2 times a day for 30 days. The duration of observation of patients was 3 months. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the presented model of the multimodal programme for the prevention of premature aging was carried out on the affective domain of geriatric status (assessment of depression level) using the Beck scale. Results and their discussion. After 3 months, when re-testing the affective domain of patients, it is established that that for women aged 45-54 with a "positive" BV variant from the group №1, the level of depression on the Beck scale is 15,8±0,6 points, in group №2 – 15,6±0,4 points, in group №3 – 13,1±0,5 points, at p
