Introduction: The new koronavirusny infection of Сovid-19 (further Сovid-19) is included in the list of the diseases constituting danger to people around. In article organizational actions at delivery of health care to patients with Сovid-19 in the Stavropol Krai (SK) during the period from 01.03.2020 to 01.07.2020 are considered. Research objective was studying and assessment of organizational actions at delivery of health care to patients with Covid-19 in SK. Materials and methods: Data on quantity the infected and sick patients, severity of a disease, gender and age groups are provided. Organizational actions at delivery of health care to patients with Covid-19 are studied and estimated at SK. Results and discussion: During the period from 01.03.2020 to 01.07.2020 Сovid-19 ached 5141 patients that made 0.2% of the population of SK. On the course of a disease patients were distributed as follows: an asymptomatic current – 1907 (37.0%), with SARS symptoms (an easy current) – 1685 (33.0%); with viral pneumonia – a heavy current 164 patients (10.6%), moderate severity – 1385 (89.4%). From patients with moderate severity in out-patient conditions it is treated 637 (46.0%), in stationary – 748 (54.0%). Conclusion. Timely planning of preparatory preventive activities in the period of Сovid-19 pandemic in a look: conversions of the medical organizations with reserve bed fund in infectious hospitals; creations of mobile crews for advisory medical care (ambulance aircraft); timely additional training and mobilization of medical personnel; competent routing of patients; introduction of a three-level system of rendering anesteziologo-resuscitation medical care to patients with infectious diseases, allowed to use effectively available forces and means in the period of Covid-19 pandemic in SK for the analysed period.
