Functional diagnostics - part of modern medical practice, the content of which is an objective evaluation, detection of deviations and establish the extent of violations of the function of various organs and physiological systems of the body on the basis of objective measurement of their performance with the help of instrumental studies. Currently, functional diagnostics - one of the fastest growing areas of modern medicine. The computerization and integration of high-tech medicine research methods contributes to the active development of functional diagnostics and the annual increase in the number of functional tests carried out. Undoubtedly, this eliminates the load fully and properly the quality of medical services. Analysis of the current situation demonstrates the urgent need to optimize the work of doctors offices / departments of functional diagnostics in the Udmurt Republic.
