SPECIFICS OF ADAPTIVE MENTAL STATES AND PROPERTIES OF MEDICAL WORKERS IN THE POST-COVID PERIOD

Summary:
The purpose of the study is to determine the specifics of adaptive mental states and properties of medical workers in the post-COVID period. Of the 6830 medical workers surveyed, 816 were selected with pronounced adaptive mental states and properties. A multifactorial personality questionnaire (MPQ) was used to determine the severity of depression (De), shyness (Sh), masculinism (Ma), and with low scores of feminism, neuroticism (Ne), sociability (So), openness (Op), irritability (Ir) , reactive aggressiveness (RA), spontaneous aggressiveness (SA), balance (Ba), extraversion (Ex), and with small scores introversion, emotional lability (EL), authors: I. Farenberg, H. Zarg, R. Gampel. Mathematical and statistical data processing included K. Pearson's correlation test, descriptive statistics, and Chaddock's table for determining the correlation: weak 0.9.
Results: The specifics of adaptive mental states and properties of medical workers in the post-COVID period were determined: above average levels of masculinism (10.05), sociability (9.05), emotional lability (8.97), irritability (6.91); the average level of neuroticism (7.45), openness (7.15), depression (7.02), extraversion (6.52), balance (6.29), shyness (4.58); below the average level of reactive (4.20) and spontaneous (2.86) aggressiveness. Established: a noticeable positive relationship: sociability and masculinism (0.598), and emotional lability (0.586); irritability and emotional lability (0.683), and masculinism (0.595); reactive and spontaneous aggressiveness (0.592); moderate positive relationship: masculinism and extraversion (0.435), and openness (0.420), and balance (0.359); sociability and extraversion (0.538), and openness (0.507), and balance (0.425); irritability and depression (0.530), and neuroticism (0.502), and extraversion (0.357), and openness (0.293); emotional lability and extraversion (0.527), and openness (0.435); negative relationship: masculinism and shyness (-0.361) and emotional lability (-0.297), and neuroticism (-0.238), and depression (-0.227); sociability and shyness (-0.368), and reactive aggressiveness (-0.325), and depression (-0.255), and neuroticism (-0.206); irritability and poise (-0.305), and shyness (-0.284).
