Conduction. Illnesses of system of blood circulation cause huge social and economic damage, taking in the lead seat in structure of morbidity and physical inability, thus than half of all cases of death are the reasons more. The major problem of healthcare there is an improvement of quality of treatment of illnesses of system of blood circulation, as well as increase of availability special-purpose, including to high-tech medical care for the population. Goal. Assessment of a role of the Federal center of cardiovascular surgery in rendering high-tech medical care at illnesses of system of blood circulation at a level of separately taken region. Materials and methods. As source of the information statistical forms №12 and №14, a database on rendering high-tech medical care of information-analytical system of Ministry of Health of Russia have served. Research covered the period with 2010 for 2021 and included 21319 cases. Results. The general morbidity of illnesses of system of blood circulation among adult population of the Astrakhan region with 2010 up to 2021 has increased for 5,5 %, thus primary morbidity has increased for 13,9 %. The federal center of cardiovascular surgery incurs the maximal number of cases (not less than 70 %) in structure of the executed high-tech methods, and among the operations most complex and requiring to the special competence – practically 100 %. High-tech medical care in the center appears is not dependent on age, thus the maximum fell to group of persons from 60 till 69 years, exceeding 1/3. Duration of expectation on the average 2,5 months (75,2 days). Vast majority (99,0%) hospitalization had a favorable outcome. More than half of patients was on treatment from 2 till 5 days. Discussion. Since 2008, for residents of many regions the new stage in progress of healthcare and increase of availability of high-tech medical care has begun. During this period have been put into operation the new Federal centers that has led to a repeated increase of volumes of carried out high-tech types of medical care. Conclusion. By the right the Federal center is the leading establishment rendering in a timely manner and full-scale high-tech medical care to residents of the Astrakhan region on a structure cardiovascular surgery.
