Conclusions. To improve the quality of service it is necessary to take measures to improve the efficiency of PHC processes, to optimize the work of all departments of medical organizations, to solve problems with the rational selection of personnel. It is the shortage of medical personnel that leads to a decrease in the quality and efficiency of services to the population. In addition, increasing productivity is achieved by investing public funds to improve equipment, medical equipment and transport, to ensure the coordinated work of health systems. The implementation of the Primary Health Care Development Project is developing a new model of a health care facility that provides PHC to the citizens of our country. It consists of nine blocks, which are aimed at improving the work of all departments of the medical organization.
