Introduction. The article shows that the level of coloproctological morbidity in the adult population is largely due to the age and sex composition of the population living in the region, as well as a number of medical, social and economic factors. The purpose of the work: on the example of the Perm Territory, to consider the problems of planning the volume of diagnostic and therapeutic medical care in the profile "coloproctology" at the regional level. Materials and methods. The analysis of the influence of the age and gender of the patient, as well as a number of medical, social and economic factors on the incidence of pathologies related to the profile "coloproctology" in the adult population of the Perm Territory was analyzed, data on 4822 requests for medical help in the profile "coloproctology" in 2018 were used. to medical organizations in the city of Perm that provide medical care on an outpatient basis. Results and discussions. When planning the volume of medical care necessary for the population of the region in the profile of "coloproctology", one should take into account the complex age-related dynamics of morbidity. For men, the conditional probability of applying is unevenly distributed: at the age of 20-29 years, it is 0.0049 visits per year; 30-74 years old - 0.0128 calls per year; at the age of 75 years - 0.0068 hits per year. For the female population: at the age of 20-29 years, the conditional probability of applications is 0.0074 per year; at the age of 30-44 years - 0.0186 hits per year; at 45-54 years old 0.0212 calls per year; at 55-74 years old 0.0432 hits per year; at the age of 75 years and older - 0.0255 hits per year. Conclusion. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was revealed that the level of regional coloproctological morbidity depends on the age composition of the population and a number of medical, social and economic indicators, such as the availability of doctors and hospital beds, and the average salary. The data obtained demonstrate the need to take into account territorial features when planning medical care for the population in the field of "coloproctology".
