Summary:
Introduction. The introduction of various restrictive measures at the beginning of 2020 to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection contributed to a decrease in the planned volumes and availability of medical care for the population. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to assess the manifestations of the dynamics of the incidence of chronic non-communicable diseases in the population during the COVID-19 pandemic in the administrative territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Materials and methods. Observational descriptive-evaluative study for the period from 2012 to 2021 was held in the Krasnoyarsk Territory on the territory of the service of the Federal Siberian Scientific and Clinical Center of the FMBA of Russia. The material was the information from the forms of federal statistical observation (№ 12, № 30), according to which an assessment was made of changes in the intensity of morbidity and mortality of the population for the main classes of diseases when comparing two periods: the pre-epidemic period (from 2012 to 2019) and the period of the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2021). Results. During the study period, 2,317,652 cases of diseases were registered (2299.4 per 1000 population), of which 36.8% were newly diagnosed cases of diseases. When comparing the intensity of morbidity for two periods, there was a decrease in the incidence of neoplasms in the population by 18.7% (from 27.7 to 19.5 cases per 1000 population), diseases of the circulatory system by 36.9% (from 85.1 to 55.8 cl. per 1000 of the population), respiratory diseases by 1.8%, however, in 2020, the growth rate of the incidence of pneumonia was 49.1%, the incidence of pneumonia increased by 1.5 times. The incidence of diseases of the genitourinary system has decreased by 23.1% (from 87.0 to 60.4). For the period from 2019 to 2020, there was an increase in mortality by 18.8% in (from 10.6 cases to 12.3 cases per 1000 population) and by 35.8% from 2019 to 2021 (up to 14.4 cases per 1000 population). Conclusions. The COVID-19 pandemic has made a significant contribution to the dynamics and structure of the incidence of chronic non-communicable diseases, the mortality of the population served, which requires improved approaches to a set of organizational measures for the resumption of primary and secondary prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases, including clinical examination, cancer screening, immunoprophylaxis of risk groups.
