Introduction. The introduction of strategic planning elements in health care determines the need to use the information system of medical organizations, sociological and expert assessments of their activities, for which it is necessary to develop appropriate information and analytical models to determine strategic priorities. Purpose of the study. The development of an information and analytical model for assessing the development priorities of a dental clinic based on the use of data from the medical information system, sociological and expert assessments as elements of strategic planning. Research material and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the State Budgetary Clinical Dental Clinic No. 3 of Novosibirsk. The personalized data of the medical information system on the implementation of dental technologies when contacting 96.7 thousand patients were used. The sociological assessment was based on the results of a survey of 735 respondents. For peer review, SWOT analysis was used using survey data from 55 specialists. Based on the use of modeling elements, the components of the model and its 5 stages are determined. Results. The developed model includes a medical information base of personalized data of patients of the dental clinic, the results of a survey of patients and expert specialists on the main activities of the clinic. At each stage of the model, indicators are integrated with the calculation of relative importance coefficients, and priorities for the demand for dental technologies are established, taking into account the reasons for treatment, gender and age characteristics, factors of attractiveness of the clinic, strong and contributing to development, weak and limiting the development of the aspects of its activities. When testing the model, it was found that among the technologies the most significant are: anesthesia, filling of teeth, removal of dental deposits, fragmentation and expansion of root canals, treatment of carious cavities and gingival pocket, which make up 73.8%, having the peculiarities of implementation in the age and gender aspect. The positive aspects of the activity are the quality of surgical, therapeutic care, prosthetics, the safety of dental services and the qualifications of doctors, and the negative - free service, pricing policy, insufficient preventive activities, technical equipment, diagnostic opportunities, the difference in the specific gravity of which is 3.4 percentage points indicates the level of strategic expectation.
