INTEGRAL ESTIMATION OF THE RESULTING CHARACTER OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL ALGORITHM OF TRAINING, EMPLOYABILITY AND ADAPTATION OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSIONS

Summary:
Introduction. The requirements of organizational changes in a medical organization are determined by many reasons: the logic of the life cycle of a private medical organization, marketplace competition, management decisions on the advisability of introducing innovations, professional development of staff. The article presents the results of assessing the effectiveness of the organizational algorithm for training, employability and adaptation of the medical professions from the perspective of considering the problem of formalizing the process. Purpose of the investigation. Integral estimation of the resulting character of the implementation on the organizational algorithm of training, employability and adaptation of the medical professions. Materials and methods. The article applied the methods of descriptive statistics, O. Lipman's method adapted by M.A. Dmitrieva, expert assessment method, NPS determination method. Results and discussions. A pronounced and high level of adaptation is observed in 89% of newly hired employees of the clinic and included in the study. There is an increase in the quality factor of medical care by the end of the first year after the introduction of the algorithm by 19,3% compared to 2020 and by 11,8% compared to 2021. The effectiveness of a qualitatively new algorithm is illustrated by the positive dynamics of complex services in the structure of primary patients (growth by 5,4%). Fluctuation movement of personnel in the clinic decreased by 50% compared to 2020 and by 75,6% compared to 2019. The growth of the NPS index is recorded, the maximum value of which in June 2022 was 92,89%. Conclusion. The data obtained indicate the high effectiveness of the organizational algorithm for training, employability and adaptation of the medical professions, which creates the prospect of its implementation in a standardized form for private medical organizations.
