Maintaining and continuously improving professional skills allows interactive training of specialists at the workplace, i.e. in a medical organization. One of the interactive teaching methods is training, which allows, in the form of joint activities of specialists, when interacting with each other, to exchange information, jointly solve problems, simulate situations, evaluate the actions of others and their own, immerse themselves in a real atmosphere of business cooperation. Target. Show the features and positive aspects of interactive training of nursing professionals at the workplace in the format of training. Materials and methods. The work used the methodology of D. Kirkpatrick, which is an assessment of the effectiveness and satisfaction with the training provided. Results. The degree of satisfaction with the trainings and their effectiveness was highly rated by the students. Contribute to high results: internal motivation of training participants, good organization and worthy conduct of the educational process, the actual content of the proposed material. Conclusion. Training is the most important tool in the system of improving the provision of medical (nursing) care, aimed at minimizing the occurrence of adverse events in the provision of medical care.
