Introduction (relevance). The article presents the experience of forming a lean worldview among bachelor students of a medical university with the aim of future adaptation to a modern professional environment. Target. To form students' conviction in the need to master the competencies of lean manufacturing, aimed at continuous improvement of medical care to the population. Materials and methods. Educational and methodological complex for the discipline "Lean technologies in healthcare", questioning. Results. Students develop the conviction that the organization of the workflow using the tools and methods of lean production contributes to the improvement of the quality of medical care with complete patient satisfaction, which leads to the formation of a lean worldview. Conclusion. As a result of mastering the academic discipline "Lean Technologies in Health Care", students acquire knowledge that is relevant for practical healthcare, form the ability to use information and communication technologies in solving problems of production activities, acquire professional behavior and effective management skills based on the principles of lean production.
