Relevance. Cosmetology in the Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the rapidly developing medical industries. The problems of ensuring the quality and safety of medical interventions for this type of activity remain relevant. Medical personnel as the main part of the resources ensure the result and efficiency of work. To improve the quality of medical services, it is necessary to take into account the satisfaction not only of patients, but also of medical personnel. Purpose: to study the opinion of cosmetology doctors about the peculiarities of the labor process on the example of a cosmetology clinic. Materials and methods: to study the opinion of doctors about the peculiarities of the labor process, a sociological survey was conducted in the form of a questionnaire of 25 doctors working in the clinic of medical cosmetology and plastic surgery SamalBeauty in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Results: 64% of respondents claimed that work in a cosmetology clinic differs in a higher quality of service from the work of medical and preventive organizations of another profile. 100% of the medical staff believed that there were peculiarities in performing manipulations in the clinic of aesthetic medicine from procedures in medical organizations of a different profile. More than half of the doctors claimed that there are psychological problems in patient care. Discussion. According to the majority of respondents, the main features of the work are the performance of procedures on an aesthetically important part of the body, the peculiarities of the doctor's relationship with patients, a large number of new procedures and techniques. Conclusion: the specific features of the work of medical personnel in the clinic of aesthetic medicine have been identified, accounting for which is necessary to improve the work and improve the quality of cosmetic services provided.
