DYNAMICS OF MEDICAL AND DEMOGRAPHIC INDICATORS IN THE FAR EASTERN FEDERAL DISTRICT FOR 2015-2021

Summary:
Relevance. One of the advantages of the Far East is the presence of natural resources in the world. President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin called the development of the Far East an electoral priority for the entire 21st century. It is important for the Russian Federation to support the development of the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD) and the Arctic zone, which includes the total number of resources, including labor. Purpose to conduct a comparative analysis of medical and demographic indicators in terms of the Far Eastern Federal District with comparable indicators of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Russian Federation for 2015–2021. Materials and methods: The following methods were found in the search: content analysis, search, verification. The data of Rosstat, EMIS and collections were used. Results The population as a whole in the FEFD accounts payable (FEFD - by 1.85%; Russia - by 0.07%). Only in two republics of the Far Eastern Federal District (Sakha (Yakutia) and Buryatia) population growth by 2.6% and 4%. In the age group of the population in the Far Eastern Federal District in 2021, the share of people under working age (20.8%) was higher than in the Russian Federation (18.8%). The birth rate in the Far Eastern Federal District in 2021 (10.6 per 1,000 population) is higher than in Russia (9.6 per 1,000 population). In three estimates of the Far Eastern Federal District (Magadan Region - 8.6; Primorsky Territory - 9.3; Amur Region - 9.5 per 1000 population), the birth rate is below the national average. Mortality rates in the Far Eastern Federal District (15.5) are lower than the national average (16.7 per 1,000 population). However, in the Amur Region in 2021 (18.5 per 1000 population), the Jewish Autonomous Region (18.0), Primorsky (17.0) and Khabarovsk (16.8) regions, the mortality rates were higher than the national average. Only in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2021 there is a natural increase in the population (+1.6). The indicator of life expectancy in the Far Eastern Federal District (68.1 years) was lower than in Russia (70.1 years). In the consideration of the Far Eastern Federal District in 2021, it produced from 64.9 years (Chukotka Autonomous Okrug) to 70 years (Trans-Baikal Territory). In exceptional cases among the population, the second place was taken by the coronavirus infection caused by COVID-19. Conclusion. The subjects of significant significance of the Far Eastern Federal District are different from each other in terms of medical and demographic indicators: population prevalence, fertility, mortality, natural increase / decrease, life expectancy. An analysis of these indicators in the FEFD indicators for 2015-2021 revealed different levels, rates and rates of development of medical and demographic indicators, which is associated with problems of accessibility, generally accepted health care in the field of application. The dynamics of this indicator should serve as a starting point for further development and completion of the presentation of software in the Far Eastern Federal District.
