Summary:
Introduction. The road transport infrastructure has both a positive and a negative impact on the health of citizens. Air pollution caused by automobile emissions and noise has a negative effect on the health of citizens. The purpose of the study. Identification of the dependence of the morbidity of the population on motorization in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Materials and methods. The study was conducted in all subjects of the Russian Federation for the period from 2019 to 2021. We used information about the motorization of the population and information about the morbidity of the population by the main nosological forms in the context of children, able-bodied and older able-bodied ages. To exclude errors in morbidity and the level of motorization of the population, all data were translated into averaged indicators for the three years studied using the arithmetic mean formula, three groups of the level of motorization of the population were formed. A set of MS Office programs was used to process data, identify correlations, and statistically significant differences using the Student's t-test. Results and discussion. According to the results of the correlation analysis, reliable correlations were revealed between the motorization of the population in all subjects of the Russian Federation and the oncological morbidity in the adult able-bodied population (correlation coefficient 0.404) and the population older than the adult able-bodied age (correlation coefficient 0.323). The paper confirms data on the increase in oncological morbidity, the incidence of the endocrine system, obesity, the incidence of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, the incidence of the circulatory system, depending on the level of motorization of the population using the Student's t-test. Conclusion. The influence of excessive motorization of the population on the territory of all subjects of the Russian Federation on the increase in oncological morbidity, the incidence of the endocrine system, eating disorders and metabolic disorders, the incidence of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, the incidence of obesity has been proved.
