The data of the form of federal statistical observation No. 12 "Information on the number of diseases registered in patients living in the service area of medical organization" provided by medical organizations of the Far Eastern Federal District (hereinafter referred to as the Far Eastern Federal District) providing medical care in the profile "obstetrics and gynecology" were used in comparison with data for the Russian Federation and the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District in dynamics from 2017 to 2021 In the course of the study, analytical and statistical methods of research were used, as well as the program Statistics 10. The primary incidence of inflammatory diseases of the reproductive system in women aged 18 years and older in certain federal districts (hereinafter referred to as FD) exceeded the average statistical indicator for the Russian Federation as a whole. At the same time, in the dynamics for the study period, there was a widespread decrease in the incidence, including in the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District, with the exception of the Jewish Autonomous Region, where the primary incidence increased by 61.8%. The maximum decrease occurred in Magadan (by 85.0%), Sakhalin (by 42.5%) regions and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (by 35.6%). Of the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District, the most unfavorable situation for inflammatory diseases of the reproductive system in women aged 18 years and older remains in the Kamchatka Territory, in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Sakhalin and in the Primorsky Territory. Conclusion. During the study period in the Russian Federation, including the Far Eastern Federal District, there was an almost universal decrease in the primary incidence of inflammatory diseases of the female reproductive system. At the same time, in some subjects of the district, there was a significant increase in the indicator, which exceeded the data for the district, which indicates the instability of the epidemiological process.
