Diseases of the circulatory system affect most of the world's population. In this regard, the relevance of the study of this problem and the improvement of the organization of emergency and emergency medical care attracts the attention of many authors. The purpose of the study. To analyze the organization of emergency medical care at the regional level and the technical provision of evacuation of patients on the example of the Vologda region. Material and methods. The analysis of the organization of evacuation of patients with diseases of the circulatory system to provide emergency medical care in medical organizations of the Vologda region according to form No. 30 "Information about the medical organization 0a 2009-2021. Analytical, statistical (descriptive statistics) and desk research were used in the work. For data processing – spreadsheets "MSOffice Excel 2010". Results. The results of the study showed that the system of medical care, implemented in modern conditions, has its drawbacks, since there is no clear algorithm for evacuating patients from one medical organization to another, more equipped with equipment, qualified specialists and applying technologies to preserve life and an acceptable level of health. Emergency care for patients with circulatory system diseases and obstetric pathology, previously concentrated in the CRH, has become the lot of regional institutions. Currently, the main emphasis in the provision of specialized, including VTMP, is placed on regional centers of the 3rd level of cardiovascular, traumatological, perinatal profiles. At the same time, the problems of evacuation of patients to the third level of medical care remain unresolved. At the same time, there is no scientifically -based model for organizing emergency medical care. The modern organizational model of specialized medical care, taking into account many factors affecting its provision, includes indications and contraindications for hospitalization of patients at all levels, a built evacuation system with a developed decision-making algorithm at each stage. Conclusions. The lack of a clear algorithm for the evacuation of patients to provide emergency medical care to patients with diseases of the circulatory system showed the need to develop a new organizational model for the timely evacuation of patients to specialized medical organizations, which allows the provision of emergency medical care within the "golden hour".
