Introduction. Inhalation administration of aerosols is the most effective method of drug administration in bronchopulmonary diseases, because the drug is delivered directly into the respiratory tract of the patient. The efficacy of an inhaled drug depends not only on its chemical structure, but also on the device used to deliver the drug into the respiratory tract. The ideal delivery device should ensure deposition of the drug in the lungs, be easy to use, reliable and suitable for all ages and stages of disease. Currently, the main types of airway drug delivery systems are metered aerosol inhalers, metered powder inhalers and nebulizers. The aim of the work was to study the assortment of pharmaceuticals in the form of dosed powders for inhalation on the market of the Russian Federation. Materials and methods. Analysis of the range of pharmaceuticals in the form of dosed powders for inhalation was carried out using the content analysis method according to the indicators: "Number of international nonproprietary names", "Number of trade names", "Manufacturer's firm", "Manufacturer's country", "Composition of active ingredients", "Composition of excipients", "Pharmacotherapeutic group", "ATX group", "The type of powdered inhaler and its contents". The object of the study was the State Register of Medicinal Products of the Russian Federation as of May 12, 2023 (access mode: https://grls.rosminzdrav.ru/grls.aspx), instructions for medical use of medicinal products listed in the State Register of Medicinal Products of the Russian Federation. As a result of the study, it was found that the range of medicinal products in the form of dosed powders for inhalation in the pharmaceutical market of the Russian Federation is represented by 10 international nonproprietary names (INN) of medicinal products, which are represented by 19 trade names (TN), 11 manufacturing companies, 9 manufacturing countries. Among INN, the largest share is occupied by medicinal products containing as INN: vilanterol (16%), fluticasone (16%), formoterol (16%); among trade names the largest share is occupied by combination medicinal products (55%), lactose monohydrate is used as excipients in the majority of medicinal products. AstraZeneca AB has the largest share of trade names among the manufacturing companies (20%), and Sweden has the largest share among the manufacturing countries (20%). It was found that the range of medicinal products is represented by 9 pharmacotherapeutic groups, the largest specific weight is occupied by the group "Bronchodilator combined" (40%). At the conclusion of the work, it was shown that the analysis of the range of pharmaceuticals in the form of metered-dose powders for inhalation on the market of the Russian Federation is of practical interest to find prospects for their further development. A promising direction is the development of medicinal preparations in the form of metered powders for inhalation for the treatment or prevention of infectious diseases, containing as active ingredients various drugs with antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal action.
