Relevance. Diseases of the nervous system represent a significant social and economic problem all over the world. This is due to the increasing prevalence of pathologies of the nervous system and the large economic costs associated with high disability due to this pathology. According to WHO, 25% of functional disorders in the world are caused by diseases of the nervous system [1]. Currently, the pharmaceutical market of medicines offers a wide range of medicines (LP) used in the treatment of various neurological disorders. An important aspect is the study of trends in the formation of the Russian pharmaceutical market as a result of a comprehensive analysis of this group of drugs. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the Russian pharmaceutical market of medicines registered in the Russian Federation used in the treatment of diseases of the nervous system. Materials and methods. The initial data were obtained during the content analysis of information sources: the State Register of Medicines Registered in the Russian Federation (as of May 2023) [2], the Register of Medicines (for 2023) [3]. Research methods: content analysis, structural, comparative and segmentation analyses. Results and discussion. The content analysis of the assortment of the pharmaceutical market of medicines used for the treatment of diseases of the nervous system was carried out. An information array of medicines for the treatment of neurological disorders was formed, presented by the group N Nervous System, it was revealed that the assortment includes 325 international nonproprietary names (INN), 882 trade names and 1585 LP. The results of this work can be used to form a rational assortment portfolio of medicines for pharmaceutical and medical organizations. Conclusions. The results of the analysis allow us to establish that the offers of the Russian market of medicinal products used for various diseases of the nervous system allow us to meet the needs of consumers suffering from various neurological disorders and, thereby, proves the improvement of the drug supply (LO) of the population in Russia in this direction.
