Summary:
Introduction (relevance). This article is devoted to the study of factors influencing the digital transformation in primary health care. In the modern world, the introduction of digital technologies in healthcare is becoming more relevant and promising. Digitalization of polyclinics makes it possible to automate processes, improve the availability and quality of medical care, as well as optimize data and resource management. The purpose of the study: to create an understanding of what factors contribute to or hinder successful digital transformation in primary health care. Materials and methods. Within the framework of this work, representative sources were collected and analyzed that touch on the topic of digitalization of medicine and, in particular, factors that have a different impact on the digital transformation in primary health care. The search process included the use of databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, MedLine, Global Health, CyberLeninka, RSCI, as well as other available resources. Within the framework of this article, methods of analysis and synthesis have been applied, which made it possible to identify the characteristic factors influencing the digital transformation in primary health care. As part of this, a theoretical analysis and generalization of the above materials was carried out. On this basis, the key features of this phenomenon and problems in the framework of digitalization of primary medical care were described. Results and discussion. The article discusses various aspects of digitalization of primary health care, such as the use of electronic medical records, telemedicine, mobile applications for patients and other innovative solutions. The paper examines the factors influencing digitalization in the primary health care sector, the difficulties that the organizers of the changes may face, as well as possible ways to solve them. Based on a review of existing research and experience in implementing digitalization projects in medicine, the article offers recommendations for overcoming difficulties and achieving optimal results. The advantages and challenges faced by healthcare organizations in the transition to a digital platform are analyzed. The experience of introducing digital technologies into medicine is considered on the example of Russia, China, Estonia and other countries. There is a significant impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the speed of the introduction of digital technologies in medicine. Conclusions. In conclusion, the importance of digital transformation in primary health care is emphasized and indicates the prospects for the development of this area. The results and conclusions of the study may prove to be a useful resource for managers of medical institutions, as well as for healthcare professionals who are engaged in the implementation of digital solutions in the practice of primary health care.
