Introduction. The purpose of the implementation and implementation of a new model of medical organization is to increase patient satisfaction with medical care and the effective use of health system resources. The methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation establish the criteria of a new model of a medical organization and their target values, and also provide examples of evaluating the achievement of the target values of the criteria of the first level of the new model of a medical organization. At the same time, there are no approved algorithms for evaluating the achievement of the target values of the criteria of the new model of the medical organization of the second and third levels. Aim. To develop tools for assessing the achievement of the target value of the criterion "Production load of equipment" of the new model of a medical organization. Materials and methods. Within the framework of the conducted research, an analytical method was used. The materials were regulatory legal acts that are used in carrying out measures to ensure the achievement of the criterion of a new model of a medical organization "Production load of equipment". Results. Taking into account the provisions of the methodological recommendations, the list of diagnostic studies conducted in the provision of primary health care in accordance with the TPGG, the list of equipment necessary for conducting diagnostic studies in polyclinics, the regulations on the organization of primary health care for adults approved by the equipment standard, an evaluation sheet and a checklist for achieving the target value of the criterion "The production load of the equipment". Discussion. In order to implement measures to ensure that the activities of polyclinics meet the criteria of a new model of medical organization in terms of the effective use of equipment, it is necessary to assess the achievement of the target value of the criterion "Production load of equipment" for timely management decisions aimed at eliminating the causes that negatively affect the production efficiency of equipment in a medical organization. Conclusion. The tools for assessing the achievement of the target value of the criterion "Production load of equipment", developed on the basis of the methodology approved by the methodological recommendations of the methodology for assessing the achievement of the target values of the criteria of the first level of the new model of medical organization, can be used during evaluation activities to bring the activities of polyclinics providing primary health care to the adult population to the criterion "Production load of equipment" of the new model medical organization.
