Summary:
Introduction. Coronary heart disease (CHD) represents a high cardiological risk in elderly patients, which increases significantly after COVID-19, but biomarkers associated with such a risk in the first 3-4 weeks after discharge from the hospital after COVID-19 are practically not studied.
The aim of the study - isolation of biomarkers of convalescence of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after COVID-19.
Material and methods. Among 108 patients aged 60-74 with CHD and COVID-19, blood parameters were studied 3-4 weeks after completion of hospitalization. The control group consisted of patients of the same age with CHD, but not sick with COVID-19. Among the blood parameters, general and biochemical blood parameters were analyzed by the generally accepted method.
The results of the study. It was found that 3-4 weeks after COVID-19 in elderly patients with coronary heart disease, the level of D-dimers increased to 984,5±9,3 mcg/l relative to 214,9±4,7 mcg/l in patients 60-74 years old with coronary heart disease without COVID-19 (p
