The issues of prevention of STIs, reproductive health and accurate records are attracting more attention of scien-tists as a cause of infertility in 60% of cases are different STIs. When studying the age peculiarities of syphilis of the pop-ulation revealed that the most vulnerable group is the population aged 18-29 and 30-39 years. Therefore, the peak prevalence of this disease falls on the most active reproductive age population, which can negatively affect the demographic situation. Other diseases related to markers of social welfare is gonococcal infection. Similarly, the incidence of syphilis, it is most prevalent in the age group of the population 18-29 years – the able-bodied and de-mographically important age. As with gonococcal infections, the highest incidence of trichomoniasis is available in the age group of 18-29 years.
