Calculations of the indicators were made for 10 thousand people of the corresponding child and adolescent population. Results. The prevalence of mental disorders among minors in Kirov also tends to decrease and is also higher throughout the period compared with similar indicators in the Russian Federation. To characterize the dynamics of morbidity and prevalence indicators, such dynamic series indicators as absolute increase (decrease), growth rate (decrease), growth rate (decrease), and the value of 1% increase (decrease) were used. In general, over the entire period of observation, the dynamics of indicators changed unevenly. The changes in morbidity and prevalence rates for certain nosological forms that occupy leading positions in the structure of morbidity: the incidence of psychoses, disorders of the non-psychotic level, mental retardation. Conclusions. The high rates of newly identified morbidity and prevalence of mental disorders among minors, taking into account age periods, according to statistical reports in the age groups 0-14 years and 15-17 years for the period 2010-2022, are explained by the high availability of psychiatric care to minors in Kirov, namely, maximum proximity to the population in conditions of children's educational institutions and medical organizations, including children's polyclinics, one hundred percent staffing of outpatient psychiatrists and the routing of children with suspected mental disorders from preventive examinations to psychiatrists of the Central Medical Institution "CPPZ" implemented in Kirov.
