SEX AND AGE DISTRIBUTION OF OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES AMONG EMPLOYEES AT ENTERPRISES AND ORGANIZATIONS SERVED BY HEALTH INSTITUTIONS OF FMBA OF RUSSIA

Summary:
The article gives statistics on the incidence of occupational diseases in Russia. Based on the "Branch Register of Per-sons with Occupational Disease" for the period from 1951 to 2012, analyzed 1225 patients - employees of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia. The structure of occupational morbidity is presented, where the dominant are "Traumas, poisonings and some other consequences of external causes" (S00 - T98), respiratory diseases (J00 - J99) and cases of mental and behavioral disorders (F00 - A99). Cases of "Effects of vibration" (T75.2) and "Toxic effect of specified substances" (T65.8) prevalence for male. In the structure occupational morbidity "Toxic effect of specified substances" (T65.8) prevalence for women. Taking into account the age and sex features of the structure of occupational morbidity, work is planned on their primary and secondary prevention.
