The aim of the study is to analyze the indicators of patient satisfaction with the quality of medical care provided by nursing staff in the context of the introduction of innovative technologies. Methods of research: sociological, statistical. Results. Between 2009 and 2019, the assessment of patient satisfaction with the quality of medical care tended to increase. This indicator has become particularly notable since 2017, when the medical organization began to implement a program of remote monitoring of the patient. Due to the introduction of this innovation, the quality of medical care for cardiological patients has extended to the period of their stay at home, which has significantly increased the satisfaction of patients and their loved ones with the quality of medical services. Conclusions. The satisfaction of patients with the quality of medical care is influenced by professionalism of nursing specialists, patient-oriented service and positive communication with the patient.
