Summary:
Actuality. The first "obvious" signs of premature aging are reflected on the skin. Signs of dry skin, the appearance of hyperpigmentation, telangiectasia may indicate the development of premature aging. It should be noted that the lack of essential trace elements can lead to dermatological phenomena of premature aging. Such microelements and nutrients as zinc, coenzyme Q10, copper, glycine, organic sulfur, L-arginine and others belong to the Pro-resilients, that is, substances that can increase the resilience. Purpose. the role of the proresilients in the prevention of dermatological phenomena of premature aging. Material and methods. The base of the research was clinical centre of ANO Nauchno-research medical center "Gerontology". A total of 165 people were included in the study, age range– 46,3+1,2 – 53,2+1,3 years. These patients turned to the cosmetologists of the clinical center with problems of dry skin, hyperpigmentation, telangiectasia, wrinkles, and others. Patients were diagnosed with premature aging syndrome using the Voitenko method. Patients with premature aging syndrome were included in the study. A factor analysis was performed. Results. The most important reasons for the development of dry skin syndrome in patients who turned to a cosmetologist were exogenous factors of climatic and behavioral plan, as well as endogenous causes such as diabetes mellitus, insufficiency of proresilients-zinc deficiency and copper hypovitaminosis. The most important reasons for the development of telangiectasia syndrome in patients who turned to a cosmetologist were both endogenous somatic factors and insufficiency of proresilients-L-arginine. The most important reasons for the development of hyperpigmentation syndrome in patients who turned to a cosmetologist were endogenous factors associated with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and endocrinological diseases, as well as insufficiency of proresilients – copper hypovitaminosis. The most important reasons for the development of signs of premature aging in patients who turned to a cosmetologist were only endogenous factors associated with endocrinological and cardiovascular diseases, as well as a deficiency of proresilient coenzyme Q10. Conclusions. The proresilients are necessary substances for skin cells to ensure various biological processes, and their reduction in the body leads to the development of dermatological phenomena of premature aging. The data obtained in the course of the study confirm the important role of the proresilients in the prevention of the development of dermatological phenomena of premature aging.
