The origins of male infertility are almost always laid down in childhood, while the pathology of the boy is often not diagnosed, and therefore not treated.Organization of medical care on the profile-children»s urology-andrology in the Russian Federation. Purpose: to analyze the state of the reproductive health service for boys and young men aged 0-17 years in the Russian Federation for 2015-2019. Materials and methods: the analysis was carried out on the basis of reporting forms of federal statistical observation No. 30 "Information about a medical organization", approved by order of Rosstat dated 03.08.2018 No. 483 and No. 12 "Information on the number of diseases registered in patients living in the service area of a medical organization ", Approved by order of Rosstat dated November 22, 2019 No. 679. Results: in 2019, 39 pediatric urologists and andrologists worked in medical organizations. In dynamics for 2015-2019 the number of doctors increased by 5.0%. In the country as a whole, 94.1% of young men aged 15-17 were examined by pediatric urologists-andrologists. In thirty-three regions of the country, there were no uroandrological beds for children. In dynamics for 2015-2019 the number of such beds in the Russian Federation increased by 36%. Conclusions: in 2019, there were no pediatric urologists-andrologists (individuals) in the medical organizations of sixteen subjects of the country; training of doctors is necessary, because 57.7% of pediatric urologists-andrologists did not have a qualification category. There is currently no professional standard approved. It is necessary to organize preventive examinations of all young men. In the reporting form No. 12, it is necessary to expand the list of diseases of the reproductive system in boys aged 0-17 years.
