Relevance. The analysis of the implementation of the National project "Healthcare" in the Stavropol Territory is carried out. The regional programs adopted on the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation for solving health problems in the conditions of interdepartmental interaction have been studied and analyzed. Purpose - study and analysis of the pace of implementation of regional projects and programs within the framework of the national project "Healthcare", to monitor its implementation. Methods: content analysis of regional health projects and programs, as well as other regulatory documents; information from the database of the Medical Information and Analytical Center of the Stavropol Territory was used. Results. The analysis of regional projects included in the national project "Healthcare" and federal projects is carried out. The effectiveness of regional programs and projects implemented in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation is shown. Conclusion. The implementation of regional projects makes it possible to increase the availability of medical care and the level of awareness of the medical community about the progress of projects, timely identify problems and adequate solutions to eliminate them.
