In this article is researched the possibility if unification of some practical methods existing in psychology separately, voice treatment and art of massage. Considerng diverse projection aspects of psychologycal clenches on human body and ways of their riddance existing in Psychology and art of massage, the author analyzes the modern way of solving this problem. On the assumption of positive samples of riddance psychological und muscles clenches, achieved by training «Way to oneself. Development of personality by means of voice», the author suggests his own concept of effect on psychological clenches by means of deverse massage technics and moan - specific method of voice therapy.
