Summary:
Actuality: Modern medicine pays great attention to the quality of life. Patients with urological health problems have a particularly reduced quality of life. The term benign prostatic hyperplasia refers to histological features, and the term benign enlargement of the prostate gland is used to describe the disease observed in the clinic. However, the small size of the prostate gland can also cause obstruction and symptoms that worsen the quality of life. And more recently, this common disease was called benign obstruction of the prostate gland, in which it is believed that the cause of obstruction of the bladder outlet is an enlargement of the prostate, which is also a model of violation of urological health and quality of life in men. Purpose: To explore the possibilities of the IPH PRO peptide complex. Materials and methods: the study evaluated the molecular and cellular effect, the effect on biological age and markers of aging, and the clinical efficacy of the IPH PRO peptide as a protector of urological health. We used German peptides IPH EP, which have all the approvals and permits for the world markets, such as: WADA certificate (anti-doping), MAFFA certificate (safety), ORGANIC certificate, HALAL certificate, patent protection: patent in the United States - Patent Application Publicatin (United States, No.:US2021/052534A1, date: Feb.25,2021), patent in the European Union No. 016704471, patent in the Russian Federation No. 645608, patent in the People's Republic of China No. 30507522. The effectiveness of the use of the IPH PRO peptide was evaluated for 1 year. Results: In patients who used the IPH PRO peptide, the prostate health index was close to 14.8±19.5%, which refers to a low risk of developing malignant oncological diseases. The proportional distribution of the prostate health index after the use of the IPH PRO peptide indicates a high practical oncoprotection and improvement of the quality of urological health. A decrease in the volume of the prostate gland was noted after the use of the IPH PRO peptide by 24.6%, which indicates the properties of normalization of prostate function in patients with BPH. The use of the IPH PRO peptide leads to an improvement in the urological health of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. This resulted in an improvement of the maximum volumetric flow rate of urine during the year of observation by 1.7 times. The fastest dynamics of urine retention was observed after the use of the IPH PRO peptide after 3 months, which was an improvement of 57.8%. This has significantly improved the quality of life of our patients, both on the psychological and physical components of health, as urinary incontinence reduces the quality of life according to statistics in 78.8% of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Long-term results of the use of the IPH PRO peptide are better compared to short-term use. Conclusions: The use of the IPH PRO peptide helps to reduce the level of depressive disorders by 47.2%, which confirms its clinical effectiveness against the genitourinary system. The use of the IPH PRO peptide improves the quality of life by 49.1% on the part of the physical component, which confirms the fact that the IPH PRO peptide acts as a protector of the genitourinary system in men, which improves the quality of life.
